What's Included?
Our standard computer support package includes unlimited phone/email support and priority service. Inclusive monthly hours for onsite and remote support can be added at a very favorable rate. Further support can be provided at a reduced rate from our standard hourly fee.
The support package includes comprehensive support for all hardware that has been specified in the agreement. Software issues such as installation and upgrades, virus removal and troubleshooting. Help and advice when required.
We can even provide support when customers are overseas!!!

We can provide a tailored package to suit the individual needs of your business, such as:
- Amount of inclusive support required.
- Quantity / diversity of equipment (eg. Computers, printers, tablets, smart phones, networking and even VOIP systems).
- Service Level Agreement (response times etc.).
- Extended / unusual business hours.
- Website / email hosting and support.
No Long Term Commitments
We do not expect you to agree to a long term contract with us, and like to think that our quality of service alone ensures that our clients remain with us for a long period of time.
All that we ask is that clients give 90 days notice of cancellation should our services no longer be required.
